The New Student Enrollment process is completed online through our student information system, Skyward.
- First you must create a Skyward account to begin the process of New Student Enrollment. If you already have other students enrolled at Fairfield, simply log in to your Skyward Family Access and navigate to “new student enrollment”. If you have a student returning to Fairfield, visit New Student Enrollment re-enroll your student.
- Complete all required fields throughout the enrollment process and provide all required documentation as requested.
- Submit completed forms and documents for review!

- A copy of your child’s Certified Birth Certificate
- Proof of Residency within the Fairfield School District
- Proof of Identification for Enrolling Guardian
- Most Recent Report Card or Transcript
- Any IEP or other educational records relevant to your child
- Record of Immunizations
- Completed PA Dept of Health Physical Exam signed by Doctor
- Completed PA Dept of Heath Dental Exam signed by Dentist

Biological Parents, Adoptive Parents and Legal Guardians are able to enroll students.
