    Congratulations to the XC Teams:

    Our Cross Country team set another school record by winning the Ben Bloser Invitational for the second year in a row. 9 members of the Boys' team medalled-John Whitcomb, Gabe Schubring, Levi Davis, Chris Shaffer, Camron Wiles, Andrew Glover, Kyle Davis, Vincent Malpica and Jeremy Whitmore all brought home medals. Morgan Dennison came in 2nd in the Girls' race with a new PR of 20:33. District Qualifiers on Saturday were Maddie Kay and Kyle Davis. The team has it's Senior Night Meet Tuesday, Sept. 17th starting at 4:30pm. Come out to the baseball field and cheer on our Cross Country runners!!

    Athletic Trainer: Heather Hair, MS, LAT, ATC, CKTP 
    Heather is an athletic trainer with WellSpan Rehabilitation in Adams County. She is currently the head ATC at FASD. She received her bachelor's degree in athletic training from California University of Pennsylvania in 2005 and her master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She is also a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner.
