    **You must have your physical handed in prior to the first day of practice in order to be able to participate. The physical must be dated after June 1, 2024 for it to be valid.

    Gear:
    -Field Hockey Stick (the correct size stick should reach to the player's hip)
    -Eye Protection (goggles). This is mandatory per the PIAA. Goggle List
    -Shin Guards (ankle protection is nice...but not necessary)
    -Mouth Guard
    -Cleats (soccer cleats will be fine (no metal spikes)..again not necessary but helpful when we play on wet grass)
    -Sneakers
    -Ball 
    -Positive Attitude :)
