Things to be aware of if your student would like to participate:

*An athlete must have a current sports physical (dated after June 1, 2019) in order to participate at practices and games.

*All physicals must be handed in to the Athletic Office or Coach prior to the athlete being able to participate in any sports program sponsored by the school. There are ready care facilities that will complete the physical paperwork quickly and without appointments if necessary.

*All athletes must have health or accident insurance to be able to participate in a school sponsored sport.  This information must be filled out on the front page of the PIAA Physical form. If the student does not have insurance, the school does offer the coverage and it is on the District Website.

*FASD does have an Athletic Program Fee which each athlete must hand in to the Athletic Office or Coach in order to be able to participate in the school sponsored sport. The current fee is $50.00 per sport/season.

Attached is the PIAA CIPPE Physical form.  If your student wishes to participate and they need a physical, please use this form and make sure all sections are filled out
    (Sections 1-6).

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Athletic Office at 717-642-2009 or email the Athletic Director, Crystal Heller, at hellerc@fairfield.k12.pa.us

    Thank You & GO KNIGHTS!!!
