As the fall sports season comes to an end, the winter season will begin. Here is some information to help with the transition from fall to winter or just to help if your student would like to participate this winter or even this spring.
Things to be aware of if your student would like to participate
*An athlete must have a current sports physical (dated after June 1, 2020) in order to participate at practices and games.
*All physicals must be handed in to the Athletic Office or Coach prior to the athlete being able to participate in any sports program sponsored by the school.
*All athletes must have health or accident insurance to be able to participate in a school sponsored sport. This information must be filled out on the front page of the PIAA Physical form.
*FASD does have an Athletic Program Fee which each athlete must hand in to the Athletic Office or Coach in order to be able to participate in the school sponsored sport. The current fee is $50.00 per sport/season.
Attached is the PIAA CIPPE Physical form. If your student wishes to participate and they need a physical, please use this form and make sure all sections are filled out (Sections 1-6).
We will be having a physical date for winter and spring athletes. The date is Monday, November 9th from 5-7 PM at the Fairfield WellSpan office located in the Fairfield Towne Center next to the school.
